  First couple of visits went well. My daughter's school requested the usual dental exam record, per school requirements. He never sent it. I called a couple of times. Every time it was "Oh, I just came back from vacation" or "Yes I'll have my staff send it but she's only here a few days a week". Here we are 6 months later, the school ended up reporting it to the district office. When I called him to inquire why he never sent them (or had his staff send them) he got upset. I also asked him to send over my records to the attorney handling my car accident (for which he made me a brace) and he refused, after I told him I wasn't coming back to his office ever again.
  
  Very unprofessional! Also, my fiance's temporary kept falling out over and over again. Just terrible experience overall!
